Beijing - Arrival (-/-/)
DAY 1 Arrive in Beijing, meet your guide Then transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Beijing (B/L/D)
DAY 2 Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, visit Tian’an Men Square, the Forbidden City and its Imperial Museum. Walk up Coal Hill, from where you will enjoy a beautiful view over Beijing. After lunch, tour Beijing oldest quarter around Shishahai lake, in the heart of the "Hutong", small lanes of old Beijing, in a rickshaw. Climb the drum tower and take a bird view of old quarters of Beijing City. Watching the Drum Ceremony Show(20 minutes with visit drum tower) there. Then visit the Temple of Heaven. Lunch at local restaurant. In the evening, Peking Roast Duck dinner. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 3 Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Ming Tombs. Walk along the Sacred Path and visit the Chang Ling Tomb of the Ming Tombs. Then discover the Great Wall (Ba Da Ling section). Lunch and dinner at local restaurants. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 4 Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Summer Palace Garden and the covered gallery along the Kunming Lake. After lunch at local restaurant.,drive 4 hours to Datong, start your north China tour. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 5 Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to Yungang Caves, which gather some of the most remarkable examples of Buddhist sculptures in China. Visit the Upper and Lower monasteries, founded in the 12th century, and the Huayan Monastery, built in the 10th century. It comprises the biggest Buddhist shrine-hall in China. Stroll around the old town where you will discover the Nine-Dragon Screen, made of glazed tiles. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants. Overnight at hotel.
Datong - Wutaishan (B/L/D)
DAY 6 Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Wutaishan, one of the sacred Buddhist mountains. This journey will enable you to see some of the most fascinating habitats in Northern China: cave dwellings dug into yellow earth cliffs. On the way, stop at Xuankong Temple, which incredibly hangs from sheer cliffs over a canyon. Arrive in Taihuai, at the foot of Wutaishan. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants. Overnight at Hotel
Wutaishan (B/L/D)
DAY 7 Breakfast at hotel. Visit some of the most beautiful monasteries and shrines built on the mountain over the centuries. They are devoted to the cult of Wenshu, the Bodhisattva of wisdom. Each one has its own specific features: Nanchan temple with its stunning wooden structure and seventeen painted figurines; Fogang Temple, known as the light of Asian Buddhism; and Xi'antong Temple, the most ancient one. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants. Overnight at Hotel.
Wutaishan - TAIYUAN (B/L/D)
DAY 8 Breakfast at hotel. Depart in the morning. Travel on a beautiful road on the plateau of Shanxi province towards Taiyuan (400 km). After arrival, visit the Shanxi Province Museum. Lunch on the way and dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.
TAIYUAN-Pingyao (B/L/D)
DAY 9 After breakfast, drive to Pingyao. This city, inscribed by UNESCO on the list of World Heritage monuments, is one of the few cities in China to have maintained its city walls. The old town is completely intact and the traveler is taken back to ancient times of the Middle Kingdom. On the way, stop at the Qiao Family residence, a walled mansion with five courtyards constructed by a rich merchant. It now hosts an interesting folk museum. Stay at a traditional courtyard hotel.
Pingyao (B/L/D)
DAY 10 After breakfast, s Pingyao Old City Town, wander about the streets, filled with charming atmosphere. Pay particular attention to the wonderful architecture,such as Ri Sheng Chang Old Bank, Ming and Qing Street… Stop at Shuanglin Temple and admire the beautifully painted clay figurines. Overnight at a traditional courtyard hotel.
PINGYAO - Huashan Mountain (B/L/D)
DAY 11 Breakfast at hotel. In the morning drive to Huashan Mountain, As one of the five best-known mountains in China, Mt. Huashan is located to the south of Huayin city, 120 kilometers east of Xi'an, in Shaanxi province, with an elevation of 2200 meters above sea level. Seen from afar, the five peaks looks like five petals of a flower. Hence its name, Mt. Huashan (means five flowers), is famous for its breath-taking cliffs. We take cable car to the north peak and stay at hotel there. Lunch on the way and dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at local guesthouse.
Huashan Mountain - XiAn (B/L/D)
DAY 12 Breakfast at hotel. Morning to see the sunrise at the peak of the mountain, then go down to the foot of the mountain transfer to Xian, en route visit the site of the First Emperor's famous Terra Cotta Army. Arrive Xian, passing the Old City Wall at south gate, transfer to your hotel for a good sleep. Lunch on the way and dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.
XiAn (B/L/D)
DAY 13 Breakfast at hotel. Visit the History Museum, which houses numerous archeological discoveries made in the Xi'an area, including many gold and silver objects discovered in a crypt built during the Tang dynasty. Stop at the Big Goose Pagoda. Visit the Grand Mosque, built in the style of 7th century China, and enjoy a walk around the neighborhood of magnificent Muslim street. Evening enjoy famous local snack ancake in Mutton Soup Lunch and dinner at local restaurants. Overnight at hotel.
XiAn - Luoyang - Kai Feng (B/L/D)
DAY 14 Breakfast at hotel. Morning departure to the Longmen Caves on the outskirts of Luoyang. The site, one of three famous art grottoes in China, consists of a succession of small niches, the most ancient of which dates back to the North Wei dynasty. This is a fascinating outdoor museum of Buddhist sculptural art. On the way to Kaifeng, stop in the famous Shaolin Temple to see Chinese KungFu holy land. Arrive Kai Feng, which is one of the old capitals of china. Lunch on the way and dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.
Kai Feng (B/L/D)
DAY 15 Breakfast at hotel. Visit Dragon Pavilion which is a palatial hall built on a thirteen meter high marble terrace. Visit Iron Pagoda, made of an entire timber frame, was kept in Kaibao Temple when it was originally built. Later in 1049, the surface of the pagoda was covered with iron-colored glazed tiles and it gained the name Iron Pagoda. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Xi'angguo Temple, a wooden statue of a Bodhisattva carved out of a gingko trunk and found in the Arhat Hall is most impressive. A group carving of five hundred Arhats is also attractive. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.
Kai Feng - Beijing (B/-/-)
DAY 16 Breakfast at hotel. Drive back to Beijing. End the tour.
